Data deletion

Disconnect a Page in Facebook series to stop future posts and remove its saved access token. You can also remove this app in your Facebook business integrations settings.

For TikTok, open TikTok publishing, choose your account, expand Manage connection, and choose Disconnect account. This removes saved access tokens and cancels posts that have not been sent. You can also revoke access in TikTok settings. Already published videos remain on TikTok.

To delete your account, uploaded content, or all associated data, email support@remakethat.com from your account email address. We will confirm once completed, subject to records we must legally retain.

Removing the connection does not delete posts already published on your Page. You can manage those directly on Facebook.
